Practical Expertise for Foreign Companies in Korea

Song I Yoon is a USCPA licensed in Washington State and has supported foreign companies in Korea since 2008. She began her career in Deloitte Tax Korea’s Global Employer Services team and later led international client services at Seonjin Accounting. She also served as finance and administration lead for a Pangyo-based technology startup, giving her practical insight into the accounting, payroll and reporting needs of growing businesses. At KTE, she focuses on coordinated outsourcing support and clear communication with overseas headquarters. She holds a degree in accounting from The Ohio State University.

Hee Bong Park is a Korean CPA and certified tax accountant with experience in international and domestic tax since 2007. He previously worked at PwC and Deloitte Korea and served in an international tax and dispute role at Daewoo Engineering & Construction. His work covers corporate tax, tax audit defense, appeals, transfer pricing and BEPS-related matters for Korean and global businesses. He has also served as an external tax advisor to the Seoul Tax Office. At KTE, he leads complex tax advisory and dispute matters. He is a graduate of Seoul National University.
